Please note that all clearance items are unique and final sale. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased from the clearance section.

To initiate a return, you must ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was when you received it, without any alterations, tampering, or soiling. The item should not have been used or washed. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request a photograph of the product to be sent to us at info@meroalay.com. Once we have inspected the returned item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location at a mutually agreed-upon time. If you choose to self-ship the item, please send it out within 48 hours of submitting the return request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment in 2-4 working days.
